We are living in extraordinary times. There is an awakening to new levels of emotional and spiritual intelligence, greater understanding about how the collective consciousness works, and a greater public demand for integrity, honesty, and respect for the human spirit. These times require new kinds of leaders—leaders who live and lead in alignment with who they are at their essence, their soul, and who call forth others to do the same. These new leaders are able to tap into the greater potential of any situation, circumstance, or initiative, recognize "what wants to happen," and partner with that potential for extraordinary results.
Achieving the greatest possible success is a result of alignment—alignment of your thoughts, intentions, beliefs, decisions, and actions, with what you are called to achieve, as well as with the emerging potential, and with who you are at your essence—your soul, your values, and your personal moral and ethical truths. The same is true for an organization or team.
Bringing all of those things into alignment puts you on the “fast track” toward reaching your greatest potential. You more easily accomplish great things as well as encourage and support all those around you—individuals, teams, and organizations—to reach their greatest potential more quickly and efficiently.
I specialize in coaching leaders and organizations to reach that alignment. My clients are dynamic, curious, visionary, creative, committed leaders who want to be on the cutting-edge. They are confident in who they are and the leadership roles that they play. They are engaged in transformational intitiatives and want to amplify what they can do in non-linear and quantum ways. They acknowledge that there is more to life and work than the three-dimensional reality that meets the eye. They believe that there is a creative force or intelligence guiding the universe, whether they call that God, Spirit, Soruce, Consciousness, or simply the Intelligence, and they are driven by a strong desire to live and work in alignment with that universal creative force. They feel called to make an impact in ever-expanding spheres of influence, and realize that the more clearly they are in relationship with themselves, the more they are able to serve others and the greatest potential waiting to unfold.
When we begin coaching, we start by making sure that you are crystal clear about your life purpose or soul mission as I call it—your reason for being, why you are here. We clarify your personal moral and ethical truths—what you stand for, no matter what. Our time together is a place for you to bring the conversations that have perhaps been going on inside you for a while to the outside—a safe and supportive place for you to talk about what's really going in your thoughts and feelings. And we explore the leadership and action that is calling out to you—who you feel called to be in the world and the things you feel called to accomplish.
As your vision becomes clear, we use the principles of The Manifestation Wheel to partner with the energy and potential within those visions to bring them to reality. We create and implement dynamic action plans inspired and fueled by your soul mission, values, your emerging personal potential, and the emerging potential of your current goal or project. Our work is at the same time both profound and practical. In short, it is all about alignment of energy, resulting in powerful transformation and breakthrough results for lasting and effective change.
In ongoing coaching, I support you to honor what you stand for in the face of sometimes daunting challenge or fear. I remind you of who you are called to be in the service of humanity and of your role in the shifting of the mass consciousness, and give you practical, in-the-moment tools to stand true to those callings. I help you close the gap between what you know and how you live and lead—to bring all of your life and leadership into congruence and alignment. Together we celebrate your victories and accomplishments, listen to the next levels of potential that are calling, and open doors to clear and objective perspectives on circumstances, events, and experiences. We do both the inner and outer work necessary for you to reach your greatest success and personal fulfillment.

- Half-day, full-day, or multi-day in-person coaching intensives to meet your particular needs
- Telephone coaching
- Client shadowing in which I accompany you in your leadership activities to observe you in action so that we can work together to improve your skills
- Six month minimum commitment
- Fees vary according to the package design
