Partnering with Potential for Success in Leadership, Business, and Life
Coaching is a dynamic and transformational process that will support you in taking your life, leadership, and/or business to its greatest potential. It is a process of exploration and discovery, visioning and action, creation and evolution. Together we ask questions and find answers. We face your doubts, fears, and resistance, and find the way past them. We challenge the beliefs that no longer serve you and forge new ones that support you in living the life you envision and being the leader you feel called to be.
Through this process you discover more about who you are at your essence. You discover your soul mission—who you were born to be, your life purpose—and bring all of your life into alignment with that mission. You discover your unique role in the world and the difference you are here to make, and then how to do it. Through our coaching, you become empowered to live your soul mission and develop tools and skills to reach your greatest potential in service to the world, whether you feel called to live that potential in the local, regional, national, or global arena.
As your coach, I help you:
- recognize who you are called to be in service of the world and then become that person
- clarify your personal/moral/ethical truths
- call forth the best from those around you
- discover “what wants to happen” in any situation, project, or initiative, and then partner with that potential to bring it to reality
- develop a deeper understanding of how to work with the interconnectedness of all
- develop a deeper sense of personal awareness
- step into your greatest personal presence in order to make positive impact
- further develop your intuitive intelligence
- solidify a personal introspective/reflective practice that supports you, gives you strength and courage, solace and peace
- stand in the dual perspective of the immediacy of situations as well as the long-range view
- close the gap between what you know and how you live and lead
- honor what you stand for in the face of sometimes daunting challenges
- create an important legacy through your life and leadership
My soul mission is: I liberate and empower. As your coach, I am here to liberate you from your fears, doubts, and resistance, and to empower you to live your soul mission—to play your unique role in the big picture of life, helping society, organizations, businesses, and/or governments follow the path of evolution toward our greatest potential as a global civilization.
