1) Who am I? 1) Who is this company at the soul level?
2) Why am I here? 2) What is the company’s fundamental purpose?  What is this team’s fundamental purpose?
3) What am I doing?  Where am I going? 3) What is our project and plan?
4) Why?  Is what I’m doing and where I’m going in alignment with my soul mission? 4) Why?  Is this project in alignment with the company soul and purpose?
5) Is it sustainable, physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually? 5) Is this project sustainable?  Can we sustain the project in the direction it is headed, and even more importantly, can the project sustain us, physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually?

 

You will also learn the CASS formula and its application:  Connection + Alignment › Synergy › Success.  Connection between company members, leadership, clients, customers, vendors, and the community + Alignment of purpose in projects and initiatives › Synergy, many pieces coming together and falling into place in ways that you could not have predicted › Success beyond what you initially imagined.
